Versions and restore points

Have a question? Ask ChatGPT Ask Claude

Open Version history in the workspace (also on the app’s Overview). It has four tabs.

Every publish is saved as a version.

  • View changes shows which files were added, removed, modified or renamed.
  • Restore makes a new version with the old content and puts it in your draft. It doesn’t publish; press Publish when you are ready.

Your history is never rewritten: restoring always adds a version.

A restore point is recorded on every change to your project’s source — each AI reply, each click-edit, each upload. Use them to rewind work you haven’t published yet.

After you restore, the chat marks the later turns as Rewound.

Badges tell you where you are: Your draft is here, or that a point is No longer stored / Not restorable.

Built versions of your site are kept so you can roll back, and they count towards your plan’s image storage. You can delete old builds here, except the one that is live and the last remaining build.

Every file uploaded to the project — images, fonts, documents.
