The preview
Section titled “The preview”| You see | What to do |

| Waiting for resources… | Nothing is wrong with your app. Wait — it starts by itself. |
| The sandbox is asleep | Send the AI a message; the sandbox wakes on the next turn. |
| This project has nothing to run yet | Ask the AI to set up how the project is built and run. |
| The app failed to start | Open the Startup tab for the error, or ask the AI: “the preview fails to start, please fix it”. |
| The preview shows old content | Press Refresh in the preview toolbar. |
Publishing
Section titled “Publishing”| You see | What to do |

| Publish failed | Open the build console from the message, or ask the AI to fix the build. |
| This project cannot be built yet | Ask the AI to set up the build. |
| Build paused | The same version failed 3 times. Make any change, then publish again. |
| Finishing publish / Address not verified | A new address can take a little while to work everywhere. Press Check again later. |
| New publishes are refused | You have used your plan’s build time for this cycle — see Usage and limits. |
Domains
Section titled “Domains”| You see | What to do |

| Stuck on Pending DNS | Check the records match exactly what SKAEL shows (watch for an extra domain added by your provider), wait a few minutes, then Retry. |
| Failed | Fix the records and press Retry. |
The AI
Section titled “The AI”| You see | What to do |

| You’re out of credits for this workspace | Buy credits or upgrade — see AI credits. |
| A session limit message | Long sessions pause until the time shown. Continue later, or in smaller steps. |
| The AI stopped half-way | Ask it to continue, or split the request into smaller steps. |
| Connection interrupted — reconnecting… | Wait; the reply continues when the connection returns. |
Projects and uploads
Section titled “Projects and uploads”| You see | What to do |

| You can’t create a new project | You reached your plan’s project limit. Delete one, verify a card on Free, or upgrade. |
| Verify your email before creating a site | Click the link in the confirmation email. |
| File is larger than 8 MB | Make the file smaller, or host large media elsewhere. |
| This file was rejected | The file isn’t the type it claims to be, or is not allowed. |
