This walks you from an empty account to a live website. You need nothing installed — everything happens in your browser. 1. **Sign in or create an account** Open [app.skael.ai](https://app.skael.ai) and sign in. Everyone starts on the **Free** plan; no card is needed. **NOTE:** Before you create your first site, SKAEL asks you to confirm your email address. Check your inbox for the confirmation link. 2. **Describe what you want** On the dashboard you see **What will you build today?** Type a description and press Enter (Shift+Enter adds a new line). ```text title="Example prompt" A booking site for a small hair salon in Tokyo. Home page with photos and opening hours, a services page with prices, and an online booking form that stores each booking with the customer's name, phone, service and time. ``` A prompt needs at least a sentence or two. The more you say about **who it is for, which pages it has and what data it keeps**, the closer the first version will be — see [Writing a good prompt](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/prompting/). 3. **Choose how to build it** SKAEL asks **How should we build this app?** Pick **Regular** (the default, on every plan) unless you are on Business and need [Agent Mode](https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/). This choice is fixed for the life of the project. 4. **Watch the first version appear** Your project opens in the **workspace**: the chat on the left, the preview on the right. The AI writes the code and starts it in a private **sandbox**. When it finishes you see *Done — preview updated*. 5. **Change what you don't like** Keep chatting (*"make the header darker and add a map on the contact page"*), or turn on **Edit** in the preview toolbar and click the exact heading, button or image you want to change. See [Point and edit](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/point-and-edit/). 6. **Publish** Press **Publish**. SKAEL builds your site and puts it online at a free SKAEL address with HTTPS. Every publish is saved, so you can always go back. ## What next - [How SKAEL works](https://app.skael.ai/docs/concepts/): The ideas behind projects, drafts, the sandbox and versions. - [Connect your own domain](https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/custom-domains/): On every paid plan. - [Add sign-in and a database](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/backend/): What the built-in backend gives you. - [Invite your team](https://app.skael.ai/docs/account/members-and-roles/): Roles, invites and seats. --- # How SKAEL works Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/concepts/ > The handful of ideas that explain everything else — projects, the workspace, the sandbox, drafts, publishing and versions. ## Workspace and projects When you sign up you get your own **workspace**. Everything you build lives in it: each website or app is a **project**. You can invite other people into your workspace with a role, and you can be invited into other people's workspaces too — see [Workspaces](https://app.skael.ai/docs/account/workspace/). Your plan belongs to the workspace, and so do your AI credits. ## The project workspace Opening a project takes you to its workspace: | Area | What it is for | |---|---| | **Chat** (left) | Talk to the AI: ask for features, changes and fixes. Also **Labs**, **Logs** and **Startup** tabs. | | **Preview** (right) | Your site as it is right now, running in a private sandbox. | | **Dashboard** (right) | Everything about the app itself: users, backend, domains, analytics, security, logs and settings. | | Top-right buttons | **Draft**, **Version history** and **Publish**. | ## Draft, preview and live SKAEL keeps two things apart: - **The draft** is the version you are working on. Every change the AI makes, and every edit you make, goes into the draft and shows in the **preview** — a private **sandbox** only you can see. - **The live site** is what visitors see. It only changes when you **publish**. So you can experiment freely: nothing reaches your visitors until you press **Publish**. Pressing **Draft** saves the current version without publishing it. **TIP:** The sandbox has its own data, separate from your live site. To test with real data, use **Sync from prod** in **Labs** — it copies your live data into the sandbox and never changes production. ## Versions and restore points - **Every publish is saved as a version.** You can restore an earlier one from **Version history**; restoring makes a new version, so history is never rewritten. - **Restore points** are recorded on every change to the source — each AI reply, each click-edit, each upload — so you can also rewind work you haven't published. ## The backend that comes with every project Regular projects include user sign-in, forms and a database out of the box, managed by SKAEL. The AI sets them up when your app needs them, and you can see and edit the data in **Dashboard → Dynamic Backend**. See [Backend and data](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/backend/). ## AI credits Everything the AI does uses [AI credits](https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/credits/). Each plan includes a monthly amount; you can buy more at any time. ## Regular projects and Agent Mode - **Regular** (all plans): websites and apps with a managed backend. Right for most things. - **[Agent Mode](https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/)** (Business): the AI works as a full agent with its own environment, for complex, multi-part apps. You choose once, when you create the project. --- # Templates Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/templates/ > Start from a strong first version instead of a blank prompt. Templates are ready-made, detailed prompts for common kinds of sites. Open **Templates** in the top bar. | Template | Good for | |---|---| | SaaS analytics dashboard | A product dashboard with charts and accounts | | Restaurant booking | Menus, opening hours and table reservations | | Product launch page | A one-page launch with sign-up | | Online storefront | Products, cart and checkout pages | | Client portal | A signed-in area for your customers | | Personal portfolio | Your work, about page and contact form | Filter by **SaaS**, **Commerce**, **Marketing** or **Operations**, then press **Use template**. SKAEL creates the project right away and opens it — you then change it in the chat like any other project. Templates create a **Regular** project. To use [Agent Mode](https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/), describe your app from the dashboard instead and choose the mode there. --- # Writing a good prompt Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/prompting/ > What to tell the AI so the first version is close to what you want — and how to ask for changes. The AI builds from what you tell it. A good first prompt saves many rounds of changes. ## The four things to say 1. **What it is and who it is for.** *"A booking site for a small hair salon"* is better than *"a website"*. 2. **The pages.** List them: home, services, booking, contact. 3. **What it stores or does.** *"A booking form that saves name, phone, service and time"*; *"members can sign in and see their past bookings"*. 4. **The look.** A style, colours, or a site you like: *"calm, lots of white space, dark green accents"*. **Too vague** ```text Make a website for my salon. ``` **Good** ```text A booking site for a small hair salon in Tokyo, for local customers. Pages: home (photos, opening hours, map), services with prices, online booking, contact. The booking form saves name, phone, service, date and time; customers can sign in to see and cancel their bookings. Calm and simple: white background, dark green accents, large photos. Japanese and English. ``` **TIP:** Not sure what to write? Start from a [template](https://app.skael.ai/docs/templates/) or one of the suggestions under the prompt box, then change it. ## Asking for changes - **One change at a time** works best for big changes: *"add a pricing page"*, then *"make the header sticky"*. - **Point at the thing.** Turn on **Edit** and click the element, then press **Ask AI** — the AI changes exactly that part. See [Point and edit](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/point-and-edit/). - **Say what is wrong, not only what to do.** *"The booking button is hard to see on mobile — make it full width and orange"*. - **Show it.** Paste a screenshot or a design image into the chat; models that read images will use it. See [Images and files](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/images-and-files/). - **Talk it through first.** Switch the chat to **Discuss** to plan a feature with the AI without changing any code, then switch back to **Auto** to build it. ## Capabilities Under the prompt box on the dashboard you can tick **Store and manage records** or **Collect form submissions**. They tell the AI up front that your app needs a database or forms; they don't change your prompt text. ## When the AI stops If a request is too large, the AI may stop and ask you to continue — ask again in smaller steps. Long sessions also have a [per-session credit limit](https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/usage-and-limits/). --- # Chatting with the AI Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/chat/ > Modes, thinking, the activity list, steering a running task, retrying and suggestions. The chat on the left of the workspace is where you work with the AI. ## Auto and Discuss Under the message box you can switch the mode: | Mode | What it does | |---|---| | **Auto** (default) | SKAEL picks the best approach and changes your app. | | **Discuss** | Talk it through without changing any code — good for planning a feature or asking how something works. | You can also pick the **AI level** (SKAEL Fast or SKAEL Pro) for the next message from the same row; each level shows whether it is included in your plan or its price in credits. See [AI levels](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/models/). ## What you see while it works - **Thinking…** with a timer, then **Thought for N s**. Open it to read the AI's own reasoning. Reasoning is not kept after you reload the page. - **Working on your site — N steps**: a live list of what the AI is doing — writing, editing, reading files, searching. When it ends it becomes **Changed N files**. - When the preview is updated you see *Done — preview updated, N files changed*, and the preview frame flashes. - After some changes the AI checks its work in your preview and shows **Verified in your preview** or **Not verified in the browser**, with **Ask the agent to fix it** if something failed. ## Steering a running task You don't have to wait. Type a message and press Enter while the AI is working: - If it can still take it in, you see **Steering the current task** and the AI adjusts what it is doing. - If the task has just finished, the message is **queued** and runs next. To stop the AI, press **Stop** — it replaces the send button while a task runs. ## Retry Every finished reply has a retry button: **Restore to before this turn and run it again**. It rewinds your draft to before that reply and runs the same request again. A retry uses credits like a new message. ## Suggestions After a reply, the chat may offer **Suggestions** — click one to send it straight away. If the AI ended without confirming its work, it says so instead of suggesting next steps. ## If the connection drops You see *Connection interrupted — reconnecting to your reply…* and the reply continues when the connection is back. If you reloaded during a task, the chat shows that it is still running from before you reloaded, and you can stop it. **NOTE:** The microphone button is not active yet — voice input is coming later. --- # Point and edit Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/point-and-edit/ > Click any part of the preview to change its text and style directly, or hand it to the AI. You don't have to describe where something is. Click it. 1. In the preview toolbar, turn on **Edit** (the pencil). A banner says *Edit mode. Click an element to change it.* 2. Click a heading, paragraph, button, link or image. A panel opens: **Selected: …** 3. Change it directly, or press **Ask AI** and describe the change — the element is attached to your chat message so the AI works on exactly that part. 4. Press **Save** to apply direct edits. ## What you can change directly | For | You can set | |---|---| | Text | The text itself (**Edit text**) | | Font | Font (Default, System, Serif, Monospace), size, weight, line height, alignment, text colour | | Links | URL and *Open in a new tab* | | Boxes | Background colour, padding, corner radius | | Images | Replace the image (upload), alt text or *Decorative*, width, fit (cover, contain, fill, none) | SKAEL warns you when text colour has too little contrast, or when body text is smaller than 16 px. When you select part of a text, a small toolbar offers **Bold**, **Italic**, **Underline**, text colour, size and link; each applies immediately. ## When direct editing isn't possible - An element that contains more than plain text (for example a card with a title and a button) can't be edited as text — use **Ask AI**. - Some components can't have their style edited directly yet — SKAEL tells you and suggests **Ask AI**. - In [Agent Mode](https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/), direct edits wait while the agent is working or while the preview isn't running. **TIP:** Direct edits are instant and don't use AI credits. **Ask AI** does. --- # Images and files Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/images-and-files/ > Attach screenshots, designs and assets to your messages. ## Adding images to a message - **Paste** an image — for example a screenshot — with Ctrl/Cmd+V, - **drag and drop** it onto the chat, or - use the **Attach** button. You can send an image on its own, without text. On the dashboard, paste an image into the prompt box or use **Add context → Upload image or document**. Models that can read images use them as visual input — a design to follow, a bug to fix. With other models the AI still gets the file and can place it in your site. ## Other files **Attach** also accepts audio, video, SVG, web fonts (WOFF and WOFF2) and PDF, so the AI can use them as assets in your site. Everything you upload is listed in **Version history → Assets**. ## Safety check Every upload is checked before it can be used: you see *Scanning for safety…*, then the file is ready, or *This file was rejected*. The check confirms the file really is the type it claims to be and is not a zip bomb. ## Limits | Limit | Value | |---|---| | One file | 8 MB | | All uploaded assets in one project | 500 MB | **NOTE:** Uploaded files are part of your project: they are published with your site and included when you [export](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/import-and-export/). --- # AI levels and comparing them Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/models/ > Choose SKAEL Fast or SKAEL Pro to build your app, or build the same prompt with both and keep the better one. ## Choosing an AI level SKAEL's AI comes in levels: - **SKAEL Fast** — quick and light on credits. Good for most edits. - **SKAEL Pro** — thinks deeper for bigger builds and uses more [credits](https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/credits/). The AI level picker sits next to the prompt box on the dashboard and under the chat box in the workspace. Each level shows **Included in your plan** or its price in credits per 1,000 tokens. Your choice is remembered. Which levels you can choose depends on your plan — the picker only lists the ones available to you. ## Comparing two AI levels For a new project you can build the same prompt with two AI levels side by side and keep the one you prefer. 1. On the dashboard, write your prompt and choose a level in **Compare with…**, next to the AI level picker. 2. Press Enter. SKAEL shows **Compare 2 AI levels?** with an estimate of the credits for each build and the total. 3. Press **Build both**. Two independent projects are built, and **Comparing AI levels** shows them side by side. 4. Press **Keep this one** on the version you want, or **Discard** the one you don't — it is deleted immediately. **CAUTION:** - A comparison charges credits for **both** builds — there is no discount. - It needs two free project slots on your plan. - If you don't keep either version within **48 hours**, both are deleted. Comparing is only available when creating a project from the dashboard, not inside the workspace chat. --- # Import and export Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/import-and-export/ > Bring an existing project into SKAEL, fork a project, and take your code and data with you. ## Import a ZIP On the dashboard choose **Add context → Upload project ZIP**, or **New → ZIP**. | Limit | Value | |---|---| | Archive | .zip or .tar.gz, up to 80 MB | | Unpacked | up to 4,000 files and 64 MB in total | | One file | up to 4 MB | SKAEL uploads and checks the archive, makes it your project's draft and opens the workspace. Importing doesn't build or publish anything — ask the AI to get it running, then publish. ## Import from Git Choose **Add context → Import from Git** (or **New → Git**) and enter the **Repository URL**, the **Branch / revision** (default `main`) and an optional **Sub-path**. SKAEL starts the first build right away. ## Fork a project From a project's menu on the dashboard, **Fork app** makes a full, independent copy and opens it. The copy never syncs back to the original. ## Export your code and data From a project's menu on the dashboard, choose **Export app**. SKAEL prepares the export in the background and opens a download link when it is ready (the link expires after a while). The ZIP contains: - your project's **source code**, - the database **schema** (`schema/app_schema.json`), - **every collection** as both `data/.csv` and `data/.json`, - a `manifest.json`. Secret-looking values are left out of the data files. **NOTE:** You can export a project up to 3 times a day, one export at a time, up to 2 GB. A project needs a saved draft before it can be exported. Importing data back from an export is not available yet. --- # The preview and the sandbox Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/preview/ > How the private preview works, what its states mean, and how to test with real data. The right side of the workspace shows your **draft** running in a private **sandbox**. Only you (and your team) can see it, and nothing you do there affects your live site or its data. ## Preview toolbar - **Desktop / Mobile** — switch the frame size. - **Refresh** — reload the preview. - **Open in new tab** — open your live site (shown once the project is published). - **Edit** — turn on [point and edit](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/point-and-edit/). Above the preview, a status shows what the sandbox is doing: **Starting preview…**, **Preview running**, or **Preview error**. The address bar is tagged **sandbox** while you are looking at unpublished changes. ## What the states mean | You see | What is happening | |---|---| | Starting the live preview… | The sandbox is being created. | | Waking the live preview… | It had gone to sleep and is starting again — about a minute. | | Waiting for resources… | SKAEL is waiting for capacity. Nothing is wrong with your app; it starts by itself. | | The sandbox is asleep | It slept after being idle. It wakes on your next message to the AI. | | This project has nothing to run yet | There is no build setup yet — ask the AI to set up the build. | | The app failed to start | The app crashed on start. Open the **Startup** tab to see why, or ask the AI to fix it. | ## Sleeping To save resources the sandbox goes to sleep when you are away. After 15 minutes without activity SKAEL asks **Still working?** — press **I'm still here** within a minute to keep it running. ## Testing with real data The sandbox has its **own** data, separate from your live site, and it starts empty. To test with real records: 1. Open the **Labs** tab in the left panel. 2. Press **Sync from prod**. This replaces the sandbox data with a copy of your live data. **CAUTION:** Syncing copies production into the sandbox, never the other way. The sandbox holds up to 512 MB of data; larger live data can't be synced. Data in the sandbox is cleared when it sleeps — sync again after it wakes. ## The left-panel tabs | Tab | What it shows | |---|---| | **Chat** | Your conversation with the AI. | | **Labs** | The sandbox's own collections (schema and data), its memory/CPU/storage use, and **Sync from prod**. | | **Logs** | Live logs from your production app or the sandbox, filterable by level and searchable. | | **Startup** | How the sandbox started: provisioning, installing, ready — and the error output if it failed. | --- # Publishing Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/publishing/ > Put your site online, keep it updated, and understand what happens when a publish fails. ## Publish your site 1. In the workspace, press **Publish** (top right). 2. SKAEL builds your draft and deploys it: **Building…**, then **Deploying…**. 3. When it is done you see **Your app is live**, with **Visit site**. Your site gets a free SKAEL address with HTTPS. On paid plans you can also [connect your own domain](https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/custom-domains/). ## Updating a live site After you publish, keep working as usual — changes stay in the draft until you publish again. The button changes to **Publish changes** when there is something new to publish. Each publish is saved as a [version](https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/versions/). **Draft** (next to Publish) saves the current version without publishing it: *Nothing is live yet*. ## The publish menu The menu next to **Publish** shows the live status: **Live** (with when it was deployed), **Not published yet**, **Deploying…**, or **Finishing publish** — a new address can take up to a few tens of minutes to become reachable everywhere. ## When a publish fails | Message | What to do | |---|---| | **Publish failed** | Open the build console from the message, or ask the AI to fix the build. | | **This project cannot be built yet** | The project has no build setup — ask the AI to set it up. | | **Build paused** | The same version failed to build 3 times, so SKAEL stopped retrying. Make any change and publish again. | | **Last publish failed** | Your newest publish didn't go out. | **TIP:** When an update fails, **your site keeps serving the previous version** — visitors never see a broken release. ## Sleeping and always-on A published site normally **sleeps** when it has no visitors; the next visitor wakes it, which takes a moment. **Always-on** apps never sleep and respond immediately — Standard includes 1, Pro 3 and Business 10 (Hosting 2 and 3 include some too). See [Plans](https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/plans/). ## What counts against your plan Each publish builds your site, and build time counts against your plan's monthly [build minutes](https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/usage-and-limits/). Failed builds don't count. --- # Versions and restore points Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/versions/ > Go back to an earlier version, rewind unpublished work, and manage stored builds. Open **Version history** in the workspace (also on the app's **Overview**). It has four tabs. ## Saved versions Every publish is saved as a version. - **View changes** shows which files were added, removed, modified or renamed. - **Restore** makes a **new** version with the old content and puts it in your draft. It doesn't publish; press **Publish** when you are ready. Your history is never rewritten: restoring always adds a version. ## Restore points A restore point is recorded on every change to your project's source — each AI reply, each [click-edit](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/point-and-edit/), each upload. Use them to rewind work you haven't published yet. After you restore, the chat marks the later turns as **Rewound**. Badges tell you where you are: **Your draft is here**, or that a point is **No longer stored** / **Not restorable**. ## Storage Built versions of your site are kept so you can roll back, and they count towards your plan's image storage. You can delete old builds here, except the one that is live and the last remaining build. ## Assets Every file uploaded to the project — images, fonts, documents. **TIP:** To roll the **live** site back to an earlier build directly, use **Dashboard → Logs → Roll back to this build**. See [Logs](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/logs/). --- # Custom domains Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/custom-domains/ > Serve your site from a domain you own, with HTTPS. Custom domains are available on paid plans: **Plus** includes 1, **Standard** 2, **Pro** 5 and **Business** 20. On Free, your site uses its free SKAEL address and the **Domains** page offers **Upgrade plan**. ## Connect a domain 1. Open your project and go to **Dashboard → Domains**. 2. Enter a subdomain you own — for example `app.yourcompany.com` — and press **Add domain**. 3. SKAEL shows the DNS records to add. Copy each **Name** and **Value** and add them at your domain provider (Cloudflare, Squarespace, Onamae.com, …). 4. SKAEL checks the records and issues an HTTPS certificate automatically. This can take a few minutes; the status changes from **Pending DNS** to **Active**. When it is **Active**: *Your domain is live and secured with HTTPS.* Your free SKAEL address keeps working alongside it. ## Statuses | Status | Meaning | |---|---| | **Pending DNS** | Waiting for your DNS records to be found. | | **Active** | Your site is served on this domain with HTTPS. | | **Failed** | The domain couldn't be validated — check the records and press **Retry**. | ## Removing a domain Press the remove button next to the domain and confirm. The domain stops serving your site immediately (its certificate is deleted too); your free address is unaffected. **TIP:** **It stays on Pending DNS?** DNS changes can take a while to spread. Check that the records match exactly what SKAEL shows — no extra dots, no extra name prefix that your provider adds automatically — then press **Retry**. --- # Your app's dashboard Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/overview/ > A tour of everything you can see and manage for one app. In the workspace, switch the right side from **Preview** to **Dashboard**. The left list holds every section; use the search box at the top to jump to one. | Section | What it is for | |---|---| | **Overview** | The app at a glance: live address, deployment status, created date, App ID, connected integrations. Shortcuts to **Build logs**, **Version history** and **Deployment timeline**. | | **Users** | The people in your workspace and the seats they use. See [Members and roles](https://app.skael.ai/docs/account/members-and-roles/). | | **Dynamic Backend** | Your app's database: schema, records, API and the app's own users. See [Backend and data](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/backend/). | | **Analytics** | Visits, bandwidth, pages, countries and devices. See [Analytics and metrics](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/analytics/). | | **Metrics** | CPU, memory, requests and errors. | | **AI Search Readiness** | Is your site easy for search engines and AI assistants to read? See [AI search readiness](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/ai-search/). | | **Domains** | Your free address and [custom domains](https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/custom-domains/). | | **Integrations** | Stripe, Gmail, Slack and more. See [Integrations](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/integrations/). | | **Security** | Scans and findings, with AI fixes. See [Security](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/security/). | | **Code** | Read and edit the source. See [Code editor](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/code/). | | **Agents** | The agent console for [Agent Mode](https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/) apps. | | **Logs** | Builds, deployments and rollback. See [Logs](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/logs/). | | **Settings** | Mode, resource limits, backups, deleting the app. See [App settings](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/settings/). | **NOTE:** **Marketing** and **Workflows** are coming soon — the sections show what is planned. ## On the Overview - **Build logs** jumps to the latest builds; **Version history** opens your saved versions even before the first publish; **Deployment timeline** appears once the app is live. - If your app is short on CPU or memory, a banner appears with a shortcut to **Settings**. - **Copy link** copies your app's live address. - **Platform badge**: published apps show a small *Made with SKAEL* badge. --- # Backend and data Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/backend/ > The database, sign-in and API that come with every Regular project, and how to manage them. Every **Regular** project can have a managed backend — a database, user sign-in and a REST API — without you setting up a server. You find it in **Dashboard → Dynamic Backend**. ## How it gets created Usually you don't do anything: when your app needs to store data, forms or user accounts, the AI defines the backend for you while it builds. Projects start without one and the backend is created when it is first needed (at the latest on the first publish). You can also set it up yourself: **Set up your data backend** shows a starter schema; adjust it and press **Create backend**. **NOTE:** [Agent Mode](https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/) apps run their own backend, so **Dynamic Backend** is not available for them. ## The tabs ### Data → Schema Your collections and their fields. Switch between **Overview** (a visual view) and **JSON**. For each field you see its type, whether it is required or unique, and its access rules: - **Public** — anyone can read it, - **Owner** — only the record's owner, - **Role** — only users with a given role. Change the schema and press **Save schema**. ### Data → Records Browse, add (**New record**), edit and delete records — in a form, or **Edit as JSON**. ### API The REST endpoints of your app, on your app's own domain: list, view, create, update and delete for each collection, each marked **Public**, **Signed-in required** or **Own records only**. Calls authenticate as your app's own users, not with a SKAEL login. ### App Users The people who sign up to **your app** — separate from the members of your SKAEL workspace. Turn **Allow public sign-up** on so anyone can register, or off to make your app invite-only. (It needs a collection that holds user accounts.) ## Sign-in is built in Every backend includes end-user sign-in. The AI is set up to use it rather than writing its own login, so you get a tested sign-in without extra work. ## Draft data and live data Your sandbox and your live site have **separate** data. Publishing copies the **schema**, not the records — your live data is never overwritten by test data. To try real data in the sandbox, use **Sync from prod** (see [The preview](https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/preview/)). ## Getting your data out **Export app** includes every collection as CSV and JSON. See [Import and export](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/import-and-export/). --- # Integrations Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/integrations/ > Tell the AI which services your app should work with, and relay form submissions to your own systems. Open **Dashboard → Integrations**. **Browse** lists every integration; **My integrations** shows the ones connected to this app. ## Available integrations | Integration | Category | |---|---| | Stripe | Payments | | Gmail, Outlook | Communication | | Slack, Twilio | Communication | | Notion | Productivity | | Google Analytics | Analytics | | GitHub | Developer | | Webhook relay | Forms | ## Use and Connect - **Use** opens example prompts for that service — *"Add a Stripe checkout to the pricing page"* — click one to put it in your chat. - **Connect** records that this app works with the service, so the AI takes it into account when it writes your code. **Not yet wired:** For every integration except **Webhook relay**, connecting saves the choice for the AI to use when writing your app's code. It does **not** sign you into the service or send anything to it yet — the card says **Not yet wired**. Your app's code talks to the service using your own keys. ## Webhook relay Webhook relay sends your app's form submissions to a URL you control — your CRM, a spreadsheet tool, your own server. - Each delivery is signed: the `X-SKAEL-Signature` header carries `sha256=` and an HMAC of the body, so your server can check it came from SKAEL. `X-SKAEL-Delivery-Id` and `X-SKAEL-Delivery-Attempt` identify the delivery. - If your server doesn't answer, SKAEL retries automatically — up to 10 attempts, waiting longer each time (from 30 seconds up to 30 minutes). --- # Analytics and metrics Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/analytics/ > Who visits your site, and how your app is running. ## Analytics **Dashboard → Analytics** shows your published site's traffic as SKAEL's network edge sees it. Pick **24 hours**, **7 days** or **30 days**. - **Total visits**, **Unique visits**, **Bandwidth** and **Errors**, - top **pages**, **countries**, **devices** and **status codes**. You need a published site to see traffic. Your whole account's traffic, per site, is also on the main dashboard's **Analytics** tab. ## Metrics **Dashboard → Metrics** shows how your app itself is running, over **1 hour**, **24 hours** or **7 days**: | Metric | Meaning | |---|---| | CPU (average) | How busy your app is. | | Memory (peak) | The most memory it used. | | Requests | How many requests it served. | | Server errors (5xx) | Requests that failed inside your app. | | Bytes in / out | Data received and sent. | | Restarts | How often it restarted. | Production and the preview sandbox are shown separately. These figures are measured usage and approximate — they are not your bill. --- # AI search readiness Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/ai-search/ > Check that search engines and AI assistants can read your site well, and fix what is missing. **Dashboard → AI Search Readiness** checks how well your site is structured for search engines and AI assistants to read. Press **Scan now**. **NOTE:** This is a structural check. It can't promise that your site will be ranked or quoted by an AI assistant — no one can — but it removes the common reasons a site is skipped. ## What it checks | Check | Why it matters | |---|---| | Title and meta description | What results show for your page. | | Canonical URL | Which address is the real one. | | robots.txt and sitemap.xml | Whether crawlers may come in and can find your pages. | | Open Graph | How your page looks when shared. | | Language tags (lang / hreflang) | Which language each page is in. | | Heading structure | Whether the page has a clear outline. | | Broken internal links | Links that lead nowhere. | | Image alt text | What each image shows, for readers who can't see it. | | Indexability | Whether something stops the page from being indexed. | | Structured data (JSON-LD) | Facts machines can read directly. | ## Before and after publishing - A **published** site gets the full check against the live address. - An **unpublished** site gets a draft check of the rendered page. Checks that need a live site — robots.txt, sitemap, broken links, indexability — are listed as **pending** until you publish. ## Fixing issues - **Apply fix** writes the fix into your draft (available for canonical URL, robots.txt, sitemap, Open Graph and structured data). Publish to make it live. - **Suggest title with AI** and **Suggest description with AI** propose text you can review and **Apply to draft**. These use AI credits. --- # Security Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/security/ > How SKAEL scans your app, what the findings mean, and how to fix them with AI. ## Scans **Dashboard → Security** shows the results of security scans of your app. SKAEL scans every published app on a schedule: **weekly** on Free, and weekly by default on paid plans, which may scan more often; press **Run security scan** to scan now, or **Scan current draft** to check unpublished work. Three scanners run: - **Image & dependency scan** — known vulnerabilities in the packages your app uses, - **Source analysis** — risky patterns in your code, including secrets left in the source, - **Access configuration** — who can read and write your data. Findings are grouped by category — access control, dependencies, secrets, configuration, code — with a severity, and you can filter them. The page also shows how many scanners succeeded. ## Fixing findings - **Fix with AI** on a finding (or **Fix all with AI**) prepares a request in the chat; review it and send. - Findings in parts of the stack that SKAEL runs for you are marked **Managed by SKAEL** — we fix those. **NOTE:** Findings never block publishing, even critical ones — you decide when to fix. The values of any secrets found are never stored or shown. A draft scan doesn't check container images; that happens on the published build. ## Built-in protections - **Uploads are checked** before they can be used: size, real file type and zip bombs. See [Images and files](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/images-and-files/). - **Each workspace is isolated**: apps from different customers can't reach each other over the network, and AI-generated code runs in a hardened sandbox. - **HTTPS everywhere**: every published address and every custom domain gets a certificate automatically. - **Exports leave secrets out**: secret-looking values are removed from exported data. --- # Logs and rollback Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/logs/ > Builds, deployments, rolling back the live site, and reading your app's logs. ## Builds and deployments **Dashboard → Logs** lists your recent **builds** (with their status, cost and time) and **deployments**. To put an earlier build back on your live site, press **Roll back to this build**. It redeploys that build to production immediately; nothing is deleted, and you can roll forward again the same way. ## Live logs The **Logs** tab in the workspace's left panel shows what your app prints while it runs: - choose **PROD** (your live site) or **Sandbox** (the preview), - filter by level and search, - pause the live stream to read. [Agent Mode](https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/) apps also get **Output** and **Access** views and time ranges from *Live* to *30 days*, with **Load older** for earlier lines. ## How long logs are kept | Plan | Log history | |---|---| | Free | 7 days | | Paid plans | 30 days | **TIP:** When a publish fails, the message links straight to the build console — the fastest way to see what went wrong. Or ask the AI: *"the last publish failed, please fix it"*. --- # Code editor Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/code/ > Read and edit your project's source directly. **Dashboard → Code** opens your draft's source in a full code editor — the same editor as Visual Studio Code. You don't need it to use SKAEL, but it is there when you want to look at or change a file yourself. - Edits are saved to your draft and show in the preview, like any other change. - Some files SKAEL manages for you are **read-only**. - If the AI is working at the same time, your save is applied when it finishes: *Saved — will apply when the agent finishes*. - If the AI changed the same file, SKAEL asks which version to keep: **Keep mine** or **Use latest**. **TIP:** To download all your code, use **Export app** — see [Import and export](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/import-and-export/). --- # App settings Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/settings/ > App mode, resource limits, backups and deleting an app. Open **Dashboard → Settings** for the app. ## App mode Shows whether the app is **Regular** or **[Agent Mode](https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/)**. The mode is chosen when the app is created and can't be changed; to switch, create a new app (its data is not carried over). ## Auto-raise per-pod limit If your app regularly runs short of CPU or memory, turn on **Auto-raise per-pod limit**: SKAEL raises its limits automatically, up to your plan's ceiling. A banner on the Overview tells you when your app is under pressure. ## Volume backups Turn on **Back up this app's data volume** to keep disk snapshots of your app's data. Backups are billed separately, in USD per GB-day of storage — not in credits — and are available on paid plans. ## Deleting the app In the **Danger zone**, **Delete project** removes the app permanently: its builds, deployments, chat history and custom domains. The live address stops working immediately. Type the project name exactly to confirm. **CAUTION:** Deleting can't be undone. [Export](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/import-and-export/) first if you might need the code or data later. Only the workspace owner can delete an app. ## Renaming Rename a project from its menu on the main dashboard's **Projects** list. --- # Agent Mode Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/ > A full AI agent with its own development environment, for complex products. Business plan. **Agent Mode** is for apps that need more than a website. Instead of building inside SKAEL's managed website stack, the AI works as a full agent in its own development environment — it can install what it needs, run commands, run its own backend and verify its work in a live sandbox. **NOTE:** Agent Mode is available on the **Business** plan. ## Regular or Agent Mode? | | Regular | Agent Mode | |---|---|---| | Best for | Websites and simple apps with forms, sign-in and data | Complex, multi-part products | | Backend | Managed by SKAEL ([Dynamic Backend](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/backend/)) | The app runs its own backend | | Preview | Fast draft preview | A live development sandbox — a full environment | | Plans | Every plan | Business | Not sure? Pick **Regular** — the AI adds a backend when your app needs one. ## Creating an Agent Mode app 1. On the dashboard, describe your app and press Enter. 2. In **How should we build this app?**, choose **Agent Mode** and press **Build**. **CAUTION:** You choose the mode once. An app's mode can't be changed later — to switch, create a new app. ## The agent console **Dashboard → Agents** is the control room for your agent: **Overview** The current turn (with **Stop**), the sandbox (with **Restart sandbox**), turn history with AI level and credits, and checkpoints you can restore. **Instructions** Standing instructions for the agent, kept in your project as `.skael/AGENTS.md`. **Memory** What the agent remembers between turns (`.skael/memory.md`). **Clear memory** to start fresh. **Skills** Reusable skills in `.skael/skills/`. Turn each one on or off. **Settings** Default AI level, the step limit per turn, and whether the agent may run commands. ## Things to know - The workspace's **Labs** tab and **Dynamic Backend** are for Regular apps; Agent Mode apps manage their own data. - The **Startup** tab shows how the sandbox started — provisioning, installing, ready — and the error output if it didn't. - Direct [point-and-edit](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/point-and-edit/) changes wait while the agent is working. - Agent turns use AI credits, and building the app's container uses your plan's build time, like any app. --- # Your account and workspaces Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/account/workspace/ > Signing in, your workspace, and switching between workspaces you belong to. ## Signing in Go to [app.skael.ai](https://app.skael.ai) and sign in, or create an account on the sign-in page. To sign out, open the avatar menu (top right) and choose **Log out**. Before you create your first site, SKAEL asks you to confirm your email address — check your inbox for the link. ## Your workspace Every account comes with **its own workspace**. The workspace holds your projects, your plan, your AI credits and your team. You are its **owner**. **Settings → Tenant** shows your workspace's ID and a **Display name** — the name the AI uses for your workspace. Editors and above can change it. ## Working in other people's workspaces When someone [invites you](https://app.skael.ai/docs/account/members-and-roles/) to their workspace, a **workspace switcher** appears in the header. It lists **Your workspace** and every workspace you belong to, with your role in each. Switch to work on that team's projects with their plan and credits. If you are removed from a workspace, SKAEL switches you back to your own. ## Header controls - **Language** — English, 日本語 or Tiếng Việt. SKAEL remembers your choice. - **Theme** — light or dark. - **Credits** — how many AI credits are left; click to open your plan. - **Notifications** — see [Notifications](https://app.skael.ai/docs/account/notifications/). - **Templates** — start a project from a [template](https://app.skael.ai/docs/templates/). **NOTE:** Deleting an account or a workspace is not available in the app yet. Contact [support](https://app.skael.ai/docs/help/support/) if you need it. --- # Members and roles Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/account/members-and-roles/ > Invite people to your workspace, choose what they can do, and manage seats. ## Roles Each member has one role. Every role can do everything the role above it in this table can. | Role | Can | |---|---| | **Viewer** | See projects, logs and usage. Can't change anything. | | **Editor** | Create, edit, build and publish projects; work with integrations and data; send support requests. | | **Admin** | Everything an editor can, plus invite and remove members, change roles, and see the wallet. | | **Owner** | Everything, plus the plan, payments, buying credits and seats, and deleting projects. | Only an owner can make someone else an owner. A workspace always keeps at least one owner. ## Inviting someone 1. Open **Settings → Members** (or **Team** in the avatar menu). 2. In **Invite people**, enter their email address and pick a role. 3. Press **Send invite**. SKAEL emails them a link. If email can't be sent, use **Get invite link** — the link is shown **once**, so copy it and send it yourself. Invites show as **Pending**, **Joined**, **Revoked** or **Expired**. You can revoke a pending invite; each email can have one pending invite at a time. ## Accepting an invite Open the link from the email. SKAEL checks the invite (it only works for the email address it was sent to) and you see *You are in — you joined as …*. Then use the workspace switcher in the header to work in that workspace. ## Removing a member or leaving - Admins and owners can **Remove** a member. - Anyone except the owner can **Leave** a workspace. You lose access immediately. ## Seats Your plan includes a number of team members: 1 on Free and Plus, 3 on Standard and Pro, 10 on Business. The **Users** page shows how many seats you use, for example **2/3 seats**. On **Pro** and **Business**, the owner can **Buy seats**: $12 per seat per month on Pro, $10 on Business. A seat lasts 30 days, belongs to one named person and renews itself. **NOTE:** If the workspace is out of seats you can still send an invite, but the person can only join after a seat is available. Removing a member doesn't refund their seat; it runs to the end of its 30 days, and adding them back before then costs nothing. --- # Notifications Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/account/notifications/ > In-app, email and browser notifications, and how to choose them. ## The bell The bell in the header shows your notifications and an unread count. Click one to go to what it is about; **Mark all read** clears the count, and **Load more** shows older ones. ## Browser notifications From the bell panel choose **Enable browser notifications** to get notified even when SKAEL isn't open. Use **Test** to check it works, or turn it off again. If you blocked notifications before, allow them in your browser's site settings first. ## Choosing what you get **Settings → Notifications** is a table of events — builds, publishes, domains, billing, security, maintenance and more — against three channels: **In-app**, **Email** and **Web push**. Turn each one on or off. Billing, security and maintenance notifications can't be turned off. ## Maintenance When maintenance is planned, a banner appears on your dashboard and on the affected apps with the time, which sites are affected and what to expect. A banner for maintenance in progress stays until it is finished. --- # Plans and pricing Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/plans/ > What each SKAEL plan includes, side by side. These plans apply from launch on 1 November 2026. Plans can change — the Plan tab in the app always shows the latest. ## Which plan fits **Free — try and explore** Build small projects and publish them on a free SKAEL address. [Verify a card](#verify-a-card-free-plan) — it is never charged — to get 150 credits a month, an app with a backend, and commercial use. **Plus — build more** For creators who want more room: 390 credits a month, 10 projects and your own domain. **Standard — run your business** Everything you need to run a real site: one always-on app, 25 projects, 3 with a backend, no SKAEL badge and a team of 3. **Pro — grow without waiting** More AI (6,500 credits), 3 always-on apps and 5 custom domains for growing teams. **Business — your AI development team** 19,500 credits, 10 always-on apps, a team of 10, and [Agent Mode](https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/) with a live development sandbox for complex products. **Enterprise — tailored** High traffic or complex requirements, with priority support. Contact us. ## Hosting only For **finished websites** that need to stay online. Hosting plans have **no AI features** and are separate from the plans above. | Plan | Price | Sites | With a backend | Always-on | Origin traffic / month | |---|---|---|---|---|---| | Hosting 1 | $5.99 / month | 10 | 1 | — | 10 GB | | Hosting 2 | $12.99 / month | 25 | 3 | 1 | 10 GB | | Hosting 3 | $38.99 / month | 100 | 10 | 3 | 30 GB | ## Verify a card (Free plan) On Free you can verify a payment method. **It is never charged.** Verifying unlocks 150 AI credits a month, one app with a backend, and commercial use — it is how we keep Free open while preventing abuse. ## No surprise bills **TIP:** You get alerts at 50, 75, 90 and 100% of every limit, and nothing is charged beyond your plan unless you turn it on. See [Usage and limits](https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/usage-and-limits/). - **Your data is always yours** — export your code and data at any time, on every plan. - **Secure by design** — full security findings on every plan. - **Global** — priced in USD, payments by Stripe. --- # AI credits Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/credits/ > How AI usage is counted, what your plan includes, and how to get more. Everything the AI does for you — writing code, answering in chat, making changes, suggesting text — uses **AI credits**. Plans, seats and hosting are paid in money, never in credits. ## What your plan includes | Plan | Credits every month | |---|---| | Free | 50 — or 150 after you verify a card | | Plus | 300 | | Standard | 1,000 | | Pro | 5,000 | | Business | 15,000 | | Hosting 1–3 | none — Hosting plans have no AI features | Credits belong to the **workspace**, so your whole team shares them. ## How credits are counted - Each model has its own rate, based on how much text it reads and writes. Bigger requests and stronger models use more credits. - Your plan's monthly credits are used first, then any credits you bought. - Very long sessions have a per-session limit, so one session can't use a whole month at once. - [Direct edits](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/point-and-edit/) in the preview don't use credits. The header shows how many credits you have left; click it to open your plan. ## Buying more credits The workspace **owner** can buy credit packs from the **Plan** tab (and **Settings → Billing**). Payment goes through Stripe; the credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed. **Bought credits don't expire.** ## When credits run out When your monthly credits are used up, the AI uses your bought credits. When both are empty, the next request is not started — a reply that is already running always finishes. You see *You're out of credits for this workspace* with the options to buy credits or upgrade. **TIP:** You get alerts at 50, 75, 90 and 100% of your monthly credits, so it never comes as a surprise. --- # Changing plans and billing Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/manage/ > Upgrade, downgrade, invoices, payments and optional usage charges. Only the workspace **owner** can change the plan or pay for anything. Other members can see the plan. ## Upgrade 1. Open the **Plan** tab on your dashboard (or click your credits in the header). 2. Choose **Upgrade to …** on the plan you want. 3. Pick **Monthly** or **Yearly** where a yearly price is offered. 4. Pay with Stripe. The new plan applies as soon as the payment completes. ## Downgrade A downgrade is **scheduled**, not immediate: you keep your current plan until the end of the period you paid for. - When the new plan has fewer seats, you choose who keeps editing; everyone else stays a member with read-only access. - A banner shows *Moving to … on …* with **Cancel downgrade** until then. - Moving to Free cancels the subscription at the end of the period. ## Settings → Billing | Card | What it shows | |---|---| | **Wallet** | Your bought credit balance and recent activity. | | **Invoices** | Subscription invoices from Stripe. | | **Payments** | Seats, credit packs and one-time purchases. | | **Pay-as-you-go** | Optional. *Charge me for usage above my plan's allowance*, with a spending cap for the cycle. | **NOTE:** Pay-as-you-go is **off** unless you turn it on. Leave the spending cap empty for no cap, or set it to $0 to never be charged beyond your plan. ## Seats On Pro and Business you can add team members beyond the ones included in your plan. See [Members and roles](https://app.skael.ai/docs/account/members-and-roles/). ## Taxes and currency Prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. --- # Usage and limits Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/usage-and-limits/ > What your plan limits, how to see your usage, and what happens at a limit. ## Seeing your usage The dashboard's **Usage** tab shows a dial for each limit, sorted by how close you are to it — the ones that need attention come first. You also get alerts at **50, 75, 90 and 100%** of each limit. ## What happens at each limit | Limit | When you reach it | |---|---| | **AI credits** | Bought credits are used next. When both are empty, new AI requests don't start until the next month or until you buy credits — a reply already running always finishes. | | **Session limit** | Very long sessions pause until the session window ends; the message tells you when. | | **Projects** | You can't create a new project until you delete one or upgrade. On Free, [verifying a card](https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/plans/#verify-a-card-free-plan) also unlocks more. | | **Apps with a backend** | New apps can't get a backend until you free one up or upgrade. | | **Always-on apps** | Further apps sleep when idle and wake on the next visit. | | **Build time** | New publishes are refused until your billing cycle resets. Failed builds don't count. | | **Origin traffic (Free)** | Your sites go offline for visitors until the next month or until you upgrade. | | **Origin traffic (paid plans)** | Nothing is charged beyond your plan unless you turned on pay-as-you-go. | | **Storage** | New versions can't roll out until you free up space — your site keeps serving the version it has. | | **Uploads** | 8 MB per file, 500 MB of uploaded assets per project. | **TIP:** Most limits reset with your billing cycle, not on the 1st of the month. ## Waiting for resources Occasionally the preview shows *Waiting for resources…*. SKAEL is waiting for capacity — nothing is wrong with your app, and it starts by itself. --- # Frequently asked questions Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/help/faq/ > Short answers to the questions people ask most. ### Do I need to know how to code? No. You describe what you want and change it by chatting or by clicking parts of the preview. If you do code, you can edit the source in the [code editor](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/code/) or import an existing project. ### Is the Free plan really free? Yes. You can build and publish without a card. If you [verify a card](https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/plans/#verify-a-card-free-plan) — which is never charged — you get more credits, an app with a backend and commercial use. ### Who owns what I build? You do. Export your source code and data at any time, on every plan — see [Import and export](https://app.skael.ai/docs/build/import-and-export/). ### Can I use my own domain? Yes, on every paid plan. See [Custom domains](https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/custom-domains/). ### Why does my site take a moment to load the first time? Sites that aren't always-on sleep when nobody visits, and the next visit wakes them. Always-on apps (Standard and above) never sleep. See [Publishing](https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/publishing/#sleeping-and-always-on). ### Will testing in the preview change my live site? No. The preview runs your draft in a private sandbox with its own data. Your live site only changes when you press **Publish**. See [The preview and the sandbox](https://app.skael.ai/docs/publish/preview/). ### What happens when I run out of AI credits? New AI requests don't start until your credits refresh or you buy more; anything already running finishes. Your published sites keep working. See [AI credits](https://app.skael.ai/docs/billing/credits/). ### Which languages and frameworks can SKAEL build with? Websites and web apps in React and other common stacks; with [Agent Mode](https://app.skael.ai/docs/agent-mode/) the AI can set up the environment your product needs. ### Can my team work on the same project? Yes. Invite people to your workspace and give them a role — see [Members and roles](https://app.skael.ai/docs/account/members-and-roles/). ### Is my data safe? Each workspace is isolated, every address uses HTTPS, uploads are checked, and every app is scanned for security issues. See [Security](https://app.skael.ai/docs/app/security/). ### How do I cancel? Downgrade to Free from the **Plan** tab. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. [Contact support](https://app.skael.ai/docs/help/support/) — include the project name and what you see. --- # Getting help Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/help/support/ > How to contact SKAEL support and request more resources. ## Send a support request 1. Open **Settings → Support** and press **New request**. 2. Choose **Report an issue**, or **Request a quota increase** if your app needs more resources. 3. Write a subject and the details. Attach screenshots or PDFs if they help (PNG, JPG, WEBP or PDF, up to 5 MB each). 4. Send it. Our team reviews every request. Your requests and their status — **Open**, **Pending**, **Approved**, **Rejected**, **Closed** — stay listed on the same page. ## What to include - the **project name** (or its App ID from **Dashboard → Overview**), - what you did, what you expected, and what happened, - the exact message you see, or a screenshot. ## Enterprise For high traffic, complex requirements or priority support, ask about an **Enterprise** plan from **Settings → Support**. --- # Ask ChatGPT or Claude about SKAEL Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/help/ask-ai/ > Let ChatGPT or Claude read these docs and answer your questions, without spending SKAEL credits. You can ask ChatGPT or Claude how to use SKAEL. Asking there does not spend your SKAEL credits, and the free plan of either assistant is enough. ## From any docs page Every page has **Ask ChatGPT** and **Ask Claude** under its title. Each opens the assistant with a ready-made question that points it at these docs and at the page you are on. Finish the question and send it. ## From your own chat 1. Open ChatGPT or Claude. 2. Paste this, then add your question: ```text Read the SKAEL user docs at https://app.skael.ai/docs/llms-full.txt and help me use SKAEL, the AI website builder. My question: ``` 3. Send it. The docs are also available as one file per language: [English](https://app.skael.ai/docs/llms-full.txt), [日本語](https://app.skael.ai/docs/ja/llms-full.txt), [Tiếng Việt](https://app.skael.ai/docs/vi/llms-full.txt). The [index](https://app.skael.ai/docs/llms.txt) lists every page. **TIP:** If the assistant says it cannot open the link, turn on its web search and send the question again. Or open the file above, save it, and attach it to the chat. ## Good to know - An assistant can describe how SKAEL works, but it cannot see your projects. Paste the error message or a screenshot if something goes wrong. - Plans and prices can change. The **Plan** tab in the app always shows the current ones. - If something does not work as the docs say, [contact support](https://app.skael.ai/docs/help/support/). --- # Glossary Source: https://app.skael.ai/docs/help/glossary/ > The words used in SKAEL and these docs. | Term | Meaning | |---|---| | **Workspace** | Your account's space: projects, plan, credits and team. | | **Project / app** | One website or web app. | | **Draft** | The version you are working on.
